An official valid government issued ID such as Passport or driving license.

A proof of address which can be a bank statement or utility bill (water/electricity) from the last 3 months.

If you have used a credit card to make any deposits than you must supply a picture of the front and back of the card showing first 6 and the last 4 digits.

Please keep in mind that if you have used multiple credit cards to make deposits than you will be required to show proof for each separate card.
